Personal Training

Personal training sessions can be held in the convenience and privacy of your Home, Residence Gym Facilities or my work sites.



Functional strength is the strength that gets us through life and daily rigor. Carrying  bags of groceries up several flights of stairs, running for the bus or jumping over puddles requires stamina and balance. Depending on one's specific needs and limitations, I would love to assist in setting goals to keep you moving and grooving.  I work with newbies to exercise and people who need a jump start, sports specific training and people who are committed to staying strong in hopes of avoiding surgery.
